I feel good today. I do have to say that the construction is a little loud. Wow. It follows us everywhere. It's the same kind with the drill as in Hawaii. Odd, eh?
Well we're off to Crouch End. We walked to the beginning of the walk from our place.

We found the deserted old railroad trail converted in 1982 to a nature walk. Steven feeling his oats began powerwalking.

We came to a bend in the road. It's amazing how many miles one can travel on this travel. Pedestrians Rule!

Steven found the famous Dunn bakery. People in line were exclaiming how much they loved the pastries and how they come back each day for more.

He tried the cheesecake with Australian fruit and the cream and chocolate Eclair. He thought they were light as a feather. Much lighter than other kinds.

I was entirely amused with the Gaelic healthfood store. I love health food stores! They always smell so good. I went to another by our place that was fabulous.
I got organic honey halva, Aryuvedic Echinacea tea for the road and other fun GEDS free treats which they aren't many of.
Luckily the bus was immediately handy and we took off to exchange our Lion King tickets for Thursday to Wednesday. Even though assured we would receive comprable seat and price, they were more. We hope it's worth it. We wanted to leave Thursday free for the next Acrobalance class since the Tumbling is full this week and we have Circus Oz show on Friday.

After sitting on the bus for some time, not only was I happy to see this lively famous square, but rather the sign at the bottom right corner.
We purchased our bus tickets at Victoria station and met a lovely Scottish maid on holiday in London. She was really sweet and had a bright personality. Maybe we can meet again someday.

Steven led us on to the tower bridge and by the Tower of London. It was perfectly ornate.

Walking around castles, taking buses, trains, taverns...it's kind of like gaming but different. (:

The animated headlines among the relaxed day to day feel as you enter the tube are interesting.

Lovely food store on our way to a wonderful Indian called Bengal Clippers. The Saag was so ultimately delicious. I couldn't believe how perfect it was. Totally dry, oily, and delicate-you taste every leaf. I almost lost it on the green salad there brought out with a VERY strange preservative on it but my body managed to stabilize after an hour. I have to be really careful about odd things. I need the salad first to promote any digestive ability.
